We value our regular customers. The more often you shop with us, the bigger the discount you receive on every next order. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — you don't have to enter any code, just be logged into your account.

📈 What next? Keeping your discount
Your discount stays active as long as you keep shopping with us regularly. If you take a longer break, the discount gradually decreases — but it returns to full level as soon as you start ordering again:

❓ Frequently asked questions
Do I have to register to qualify?
Yes — the discount is linked to your customer account. Log in before placing an order and the system applies the discount automatically in the cart. Guest orders (without login) are not part of the program.
Does this discount combine with other promotions?
The loyalty discount does not stack with promotional prices (products marked with a "promo" badge). A 5% customer buying a discounted product gets either the promotional price or the loyalty price — whichever is lower.
Does the discount apply to free shipping?
These are two separate mechanisms. Regardless of loyalty discount, every customer (registered or not) gets free domestic shipping on orders over 500 PLN when paying upfront.
What counts as a "purchase"?
Only paid orders (status "paid" in our system). Cancelled or unfulfilled orders and orders below 100 PLN do not count towards the program.
I'm in my account — where can I see my current discount level?
Currently your discount level is visible in product prices in the cart after you log in. In the future we will provide a "My Loyalty Program" panel with full history. If in doubt, contact us.
Will I lose the discount if I don't order for half a year?
Yes. After 180 days of inactivity the discount resets — but you can qualify again on the same terms (3 orders within 4 months).
📞 Individual cooperation terms
If you run a workshop, repair service or regularly purchase larger quantities of parts — call or email us, we will arrange individual terms (discount up to 10%, longer payment terms, priority order fulfilment, access to products outside our standard range).
